EY, HVG Law and Rabobank will collaborative organize a round table all around COVID-19 for Startups and Scale-ups in the South-Holland region on Thursday the 28th of May (from 3 PM to 4.30 PM). The session will take place via MS Teams. For the time being, we assume that the session will be in Dutch, but if there are multiple registrations where a session in English is desired, it may be that the session will be in English or that an extra session will be scheduled for the English-speaking participants.
Experienced Startup experts from EY, HVG Law and Rabobank explain the current status of support measures specifically for you on the basis of questions submitted by you in advance. During the session there is a live opportunity to ask deeper substantive questions, which immediately emphasizes the power of this session in a selective group with like-minded people to share knowledge and learn from each other under the guidance of a multidisciplinary team of EY, HVG Law and Rabobank professionals.
If you would like to participate, we would like to receive all your questions by Tuesday the 26th of May at the latest, so that we are able to prepare properly. The topics that we will discuss depend partly on the type of questions that the participants will provide in advance, we really deliver custom work. Questions could relate to employment law (trial period, temporary contracts, settlement agreement, dismissal based on business economic reasons, whether or not in combination with the NOW scheme), financing options (suspension of repayments, BMKB-C, Go-C, Subordinated Innovation Loan), tax issues (VAT, deferral of tax, inability to pay), the Corona Bridging Loan (COL) and of course about the new government measures that were announced on the 20th of May.
We would like to invite you to this round table. The session will take place via MS Teams on Thursday May 28 and lasts 1.5 hours from 3 PM to 4.30 PM. You can register for this session via the registration button on this site.
